TERMS OF PAYMENT :
- Deposit: of 20% of Balance and written confirmation is required to book the apartment.
- Account: the balance of payment must be made within two days.
- Security deposit: will require a deposit of 200,00 euros, which, if not necessary,
will be refunded on departure.
ARRIVAL TIME :
- from 15:00 to 19:00

- apartments must be vacated at 9:00/10:00

- Fully furnished apartment;
- Electricity, water, heating or air conditioning;
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishes for 6 people, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator, coffee maker (Melitta), toasters;
- Bathroom with shower, hair dryer ;
- TV 43" LCD satellite;
- Laundry service: sheets, towels;
- Garage and / or parking;
- Use of pool with pool lounge.
- Final cleaning is included if the apartment is left clean. Otherwise extra charge of € 50,00 .
OTHER INFORMATION :
- Access is strictly reserved for registered guest only.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
- No grill inside or outside.
